In an interview with Canal+ show ‘Les Specialistes Europe', the on-form Arsenal midfielder said: "It's difficult but there are the choices of the coach. "I respect them, but I also want to know why, because I hear reproach for my behaviour now. I respect the decision of the coach." Domenech, who is lucky to be even naming his World Cup squad thanks to Thierry Henry's infamous handball, has raised many eyebrows with his perplexing selection of his 30-man preliminary squad for the World Cup where he has chosen to overlook proven and big name players like Karim Benzema and Nasri for uncapped players like Mathieu Valbuena and Yann M'Vila, amongst others. Nasri also revealed that Arsene Wenger, his club coach at Arsenal, has offered him advice and encouragement after news of his World Cup heartbreak. The Frenchman added: "Arsene Wenger called me and told me that things will remain the same between us. He advised me to take a good holiday and not to doubt [myself]." Nasri, who has 15 caps for the le Bleus, has enjoyed good club form in the Barclays Premier League with his club Arsenal. France will kick off their World Cup campaign against Uruguay on 11 June.
